All In Allegheny Action Plan

All In Allegheny Committee

Between November 2023 and April 2024, County Executive Sara Innamorato heard from residents countywide through All In Allegheny, the largest, most diverse, and most inclusive community engagement initiative this county has ever seen. Nearly 19,000 residents from every corner of Allegheny County engaged with the All In survey, and the Innamorato Administration has worked diligently to translate community priorities into actionable, lasting countywide policies and changes. Survey results can be viewed via the below dashboards, and online through the Western PA Regional Data Center.

All In Action Plan

Introduced in April 2024, the All In Action Plan includes more than 90 initiatives across nine key focus areas, outlining the county's formal plan to deliver on community priorities as identified through the All In Allegheny community survey. Focus areas for the All In Action plan include:

  • Healthy Families and High-Quality Human Services
  • Housing for All
  • Open and Accessible Government
  • Reliable, Modern Transportation and Infrastructure
  • Robust Education, Workforce Development, and Youth Investments
  • Safe Communities and Justice for All
  • Strong and Equitable Economic and Community Development
  • Sustainability, Environmental Justice, and a Green Economy
  • Vibrant Democracy

In October 2024, County Executive Innamorato launched the All In Allegheny website to showcase the progress made on the numerous action items, and to promote transparency and partnership between county government and residents.
